My name is Amanda and I am a passionate book lover from North Canterbury, New Zealand. Books have always been my escape from reality and I would love share my products with other book lovers. I am a qualified ECE educator and absolutely love my job. Creating a better future for our tamariki is essential and it is never too young to encourage a love of literature.

Books to the Rescue Origin

My journey of creating Mystery Book Boxes started in 2021 during the COVID pandemic. I was watching my two daughters order Mystery Boxes from various companies, containing everything from sweets to crystals. It got me thinking about what I would like to receive as a Mystery Box and then it came to me.....BOOKS! Once we were allowed out and about, I hit the local op shops to find some great quality reads. Alongside some awesome books, I added a few yummy treats and a funky mug. The rest is history!
